PHENOL FORMALDEHYDE RESINS
We manufacture and supply a range of Phenol Formaldehyde Resins, that are widely known for their physical and chemical properties. Processed under the supervision of experts, our POLYTONE PF Series finds wide application as a binder for friction materials, grinding wheels and moulding compositions.
We also manufacture PF resins designed to give a consistent performance as a Reinforcing Resin in synthetic and natural rubber based goods.

POLYTONE AP 132 is a non heat reactive thermoplastic unmodified phenol-formaldehyde resin designed to give a consistent performance as a reinforcing resin in synthetic and natural rubber based goods that require high hardness, excellent chip and abrasion resistance when cross linked with a methylene donor. POLYTONE AP 132 is used as a reinforcing resin in tire beads, shoe soles, apex strips and co-extruded window profiles.
Solubility
POLYTONE AP 132 is soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic and aliphatic chlorinated hydrocarbons. Insoluble in alcohols.
Compatibility
Excellent compatibility in synthetic and natural rubbers. Blends easily into rubber stocks.
Packaging
Available in 25 Kg bags.
Shelf Life
Store under cool dry conditions. It is recommended that the material be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.

POLYTONETM PF 132 C is a phenol – formaldehyde resin to be mixed with Hexa or Part 2 Catalyst.POLYTONETM PF 132 C (Part 1 + 2) effortlessly penetrates and adheres to the structure of many organic and inorganic fillers and reinforcements which makes it an ideal candidate for various end uses. Usage Suggestions
1 .Part 1 should be powdered and mixed with Part 2 as per suggested loading quantity. Curedat necessary temperature.2. Part 1 + Part 2 to be mixed and dissolved in Ketone to prepare a solution. Solution tobe mixed with filler etc or applied on surface and cured.
Application
Laminates, Corrugated Box Manufacture, Ply Wood, Particle Board, Hard Board, Binder in Pyrotechnic Compositions and many more Resin/ Part 1 is applicable in Ink Industry.

Application
POLYTONE PF 201 is a phenol - formaldehyde two-step resin containing hexa. POLYTONE PF 201 is suggested for use as a binder for friction materials , grinding wheels and molding compositions.
